2015 has had its ups and its downs. Since April I have gained much experience at my job, needless to say, I am enjoying it immensely and it is really pushing me into looking to gain more qualifications so that I might continue working with children and young people; be this either through continuing as a playworker like I am now or going and completing a post grad in secondary teaching and becoming an art teacher.
Anyway, this is a new year and with this new year I can take steps to getting to where I want and who I want to be, right? Right. So kickboxing classes, look into fundraising opportunities for both children's charities and cancer research and support charities (as both are very close to my heart) and of course, taking the all-important step to furthering my career with children.
That isn't to say that I won't still be drawing. It is, after all, something I still enjoy doing and wish to continue to improve with.
